Preparing the site for the construction is a critical step that if not executed properly and on schedule can cause delays and become cause for claims and change orders. JGMC will prepare the bid documents, carefully, consciously taking into consideration all factors that can improve the process and cost as well as the risks of unforeseen conditions that may surface. Along with performing all mandated advertising necessary to comply with State contracting law we will also reach out to the contracting community to solicit the best possible bid, using every strategy in our arsenal to manage and limit risk.
