Our experience is concentrated in the Southern California area and totals 19 employees, including Principals and is comprised of project and construction managers, development and design managers and IT construction managers for the $28 billion Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) Building Program; the $6 Billion Los Angeles Community College District Sustainable Building Program (Build-LACCD); the Long Beach Unified School District's (LBUSD) $1.2 Billion Classroom Repair, Student Safety Bond Program. Also, we were recently awarded a contract for construction management services for the $8M City of Agoura Hills Recreational Center project. JGMC is not currently involved in any litigation or have we received or issued any claims, and has not filed for bankruptcy at any time.

The State of California (OSDS #59476 and NAICS #541618) recognizes JG Management Consultants, Inc. as a Small Business Enterprise as well as the Los Angeles Unified School District, the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, the Port of Long Beach and the San Diego County Water Authority.

Our Project Management Team was awarded the prestigious Construction Manager of the Year Award by the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) in 2006, for our work on the LAUSD Belmont Elementary School #6.
