Document Control
Starting in the design phase, JGMC maintains a stringent document control system for all design documents and all correspondence. From conceptual drawings to the final construction document, we keep each rendition of the drawings in order to record the progression of change. When the project is ready to go out to bid, we monitor and log the distribution of bid documents and track all addenda.

During construction, each RFI, field directive, letter and record of conversation are logged into project document control logs for tracking and placed in appropriate files. All documents related to the same issues are cross-referenced for ease of information retrieval when needed at a later time. Our system leads us to be efficient managers with up-to-date information at our finger tips. JGMC leads the weekly project meetings, concentrating on project safety; budget adherence and reporting; invoicing; potential changes, change orders and completed changes; schedule review and adherence; submittals and RFI's; quality control and inspection issues; architectural document revisions; architect submittal of changes to DSA; status of maintained record documents; agency coordination; client coordination; client move-in and project close-out.
