In 1974 we began by building storage sheds, while in high school, for the Los Angeles Unified School District. They called us Junior Carpenters. We dreamed of one day of owning our own Company, with emphasis on building schools. Many years later our dream became real.

The Company was founded in 2002 by Joe Gonzalez and Greg Koenig. We began by using our construction experience to assist the client in achieving its goal of building educational facilities to meet the needs of its citizens, and the future of the City of Los Angeles, through managing the development, design and construction of kindergarten through twelfth grade schools. Joe and Greg are the only principals of the Company, and both have over 30 years of construction management experience. |
