Central Region Elementary School #19
This 99,608 square foot project on 3.14 acres is a new elementary school and new early education center to replace the existing Hammel Elementary School and Early Education Center, which are now part of the site for East LA HS #2. School facilities include 51 classrooms, with a library, multi-purpose room, food service and lunch shelter, administration offices, playing fields, and underground parking. The total project budget is at $94M. This project was designed by Nadel Architects and is being constructed by Pinner Construction. JGMC began its services on this project in January 2007 and are currently ongoing.
